Live On-Site Sushi Bar (no hot foods)

Whether you’re having an informal get-together or a full-catered event, impress your guests by having your own sushi chef to create custom sushi pieces and rolls at your event.  A refrigerated sushi bar, utensils, sushi rice and fresh fish selections (Salmon, Yellow Fin Tuna, Albacore, White Tuna, etc.) are provided.  You may select specific sushi rolls from our menu or leave the selection to the chef.

Sushi and hand rolls are prepared in front of your guests. There is no limit to the number of rolls served.  We do not charge by the piece, only by the number of guests.  Your guests will enjoy a uniquely pleasant and unforgettable experience.

Sushi Bar includes:

  • We use only the freshest sushi ingredients and seafood is purchased the day of the event
  • Various sushi recipes (Traditional, American and Mexican fusion) prepared on site and fresh to you
  • Sushi recipes that are not on the buffet line can be prepared for you at our refrigerated sushi bar
  • High quality chopsticks, ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce
  • Up to three hours of service
  • Sushi buffet is ALL YOU CAN EAT!
  • Great for any event, in any setting (coorporate/business, birthdays, tailgates, backyard family parties, and etc.) indoor or out. We bring our sushi bar to you.

Sushi Bar prices:

  • Up to 20 people: $700 (Sushi chef labor included. Gratuity not included.)
  • Group larger than 20 people:  $25.00 per person, plus $100 per chef, per event (Gratuity not included.)

Catered Japanese BuffetCatered Buffet and Sushi

All prices are based on events of a minimum of 100 guests. Buffet includes:
  • Table cloths and skirting for the buffet tables and sushi bar (optional)
  • High quality chopsticks, ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce
  • Up to three hours of service
  • Japanese buffet is All You Can Eat!
  • $17.95 per person
  • Traditional Samurai fan and sword dance, Taiko drumming, and Geisha fan dance available at additional charge (check for availability)
  • Bento boxes for children are provided to create their own kids meal
  • Buffet includes a small selection of pre-made sushi. For on-site sushi chef will full sushi bar (sushi made in front of your guests), please call for rates.
  • Great for any event, in any setting (coorporate/business, birthdays, tailgates, backyard family parties, and etc.) indoor or out. We bring our kitchen to you.

*Prices are listed per person, and are based on a minimum of 100 guests, although we can cater to any number.  They are provided here only as a baseline, and are adjustable according to your needs and budget. Call for more specific group rates.
